Well I've set 3 goals for myself this year Madison 1/2 Marathon May 30th, RAGBRAI the last week in July, and the Twin Cities Marathon October 3rd. I was told that blogging training progress helps with motivation. This should be a very difficult but fun and rewarding year.

All right trying my first text update. Went to this pasta place next to the fifth st towers for lunch. Got a spinach lasagna, 7 dollars gives you enough of the best lasagna ever to last two days. Added some red sauce onto the white man oh man I was in heaven.

  1. Well i am sure if you stick to it you will be successful. You may want to do a little reading on footware I think there has been some changes in what people who run longer distances should wear. It may seem odd but your shoes can contribute to all kinds of Knee, foot and leg injuries. That is my two cents worth
