Well I've set 3 goals for myself this year Madison 1/2 Marathon May 30th, RAGBRAI the last week in July, and the Twin Cities Marathon October 3rd. I was told that blogging training progress helps with motivation. This should be a very difficult but fun and rewarding year.

First Blog

Well I technically don't start my training until March 22, but I was highly motivated to set this up after signing up for the Madison 1/2 Marathon. Hopefully you'll forward this to emails of people you and I both know, and then people will be able to encouage me. I will not just talk about my training, I will also offer my own little insights to life. Hopefully you enjoy...

    I will encourage you as I am double fisting Corona's as you are losing your bodily functions at mile marker 18(medical fact) in Vegas....This will be fun!
